I'm a Product Designer who enjoys making delightful, user-centric experiences. I love working on a variety of products but I’m especially versed in government, finance, education, and healthcare.
Remote learning has come to the forefront of many institutions and organizations. We have learned that technology plays an important role in our changing world, but that it comes with different challenges than face-to-face learning environments. Through my experience in instructional design and user experience design, I wanted to conduct some research relative to the design and usability of an LMS. The research included both qualitative and qualitative measures and found that usability may effect learning if design is not a careful consideration.

For many, public transportation is not easy or convenient. The Busy Bus project surveyed people to find out what was needed for a transportation app to inspire the use of bus transit. The results led to the addition of a few key design features that help users better understand and navigate public transportation.

Sometimes we wish our favorite apps functioned a bit differently or had a feature that was less confusing. I redesigned the mobile landing screen and blog navigation of Kentucky Sports Radio. Increased readability was the primary goal of the redesign.
